Loyal readers of CLP’s cartoons will recognize the enigmatic character of Handsy in many of them. The character is loosely based on a neighbor and friend of CLP and Brew Dawgz. Sadly, he died on Tuesday. The thoughts and prayers from us at What Gloom are with him and his family.
